Having spent 20 years in education, including 15 years in the classroom teaching French and Spanish, I understand the realities of school life and the pressures faced by language teachers and leaders. Alongside my experience as a Head of Faculty, Subject Leader and Trust Lead for MFL, I now work nationally as a Specialist Leader of Education, coach and mentor, supporting departments to strengthen curriculum, pedagogy and outcomes in a sustainable way.
My approach is evidence-informed, practical and rooted in what genuinely works in classrooms.

Year 5 Language Taster Day (French)
A fun, high-energy introduction to language learning that focuses on speaking, listening and confidence-building, ideal for sparking excitement before KS3.
Year 6 Transition Day (French)
Designed to boost confidence ahead of secondary school, this day helps pupils feel prepared, capable and curious about continuing their language journey.
Interactive Role Play: At the Bakery 🥐
Pupils step into a real-life scenario where language comes alive. They learn how to order food, ask questions and respond naturally, all through guided, interactive role play.
60-minute immersive session
30 minutes of active, engaging teaching
30 minutes of hands-on practice through role play and collaboration
